COVID-19/HEALTH POLICY

  • Due to COVID-19 all clients are required to wear a mask upon entering the salon. All clients are also subject to a temperature check before receiving their services. 

  • We ask that if you do not feel well, if you have travelled within the last 2 weeks, or if you have been in close contact with anyone who have tested positive for COVID-19 to please do not come into the salon. Please call and reschedule your appointment to ensure the health and safety of other clients and employees.

  • Due to a limited amount of space and the 6 feet social distance we ask that you do not bring any children or extra guests to your appointment. If they are not receiving a service, they will not be permitted to sit in the salon.

 

WALK-IN POLICY

  • Walk-in clients may have to wait to be serviced so we can respect all scheduled appointments.

 

REFUND POLICY 

  • HONEY DIPP NAILS DO NOT HAVE A REFUND POLICY!

  • Constructive criticism is highly welcomed. 

  • Do not leave the tech desk or the salon door unhappy .

  • Please speak with your tech, salon manager or the salon owner if you are not happy with your service.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY/INCONVENIENCE FEE

  • Late Fees

    • If you have an appointment scheduled with us and you believe that you will be late, please give us a call to inform us of your late arrival. If we do not receive a call, you will be charged $15 fifteen minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you have not arrived after 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.

  • Cancellations

    • If we have to cancel your appointment due to a NO CALL-NO SHOW we will charge the card on file an inconvenience fee. This fee is 100% of your selected service total.

    • Same day cancellations will result in an inconvenience fee charged to the card on file. This fee is 50% of your selected service total.

  • Emergencies 

    •  We understand that emergencies do happen and in the case of an emergency please try to notify us that you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to reach out immediately,  please reach out to us at your earliest convenience in order to avoid any inconvenience fees.

 

SPECIAL SERVICES

  • Nail fix

    • Within 72 hours of your initial services we will offer a complementary fix on your services.

  • Picture Decal

    • If you would like to add a picture to your nails, we require that you email a clear picture to info@honeydippnails.com 3 days before your scheduled appointment.
